"Standard Ibis Hotel, with no frills. Easy to find, (site is shared with an Ibis Budget) secure off street parking. Not the most glamorous of locations on a light industrial area, but for a transit stop it is close to the Autoroute. Efficient reception. Room is as to be expected at this price point - large enough, with bathroom that was a little tired, but OK. Aircon worked, but we kept it off to save power. Wifi good. Did not use the restaurant or bar."

Sink in room cracked looked like it was about to fall off, reported to reception as I didn’t want them to think I’d done it and they said don’t worry about it. "The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "
