"Great location, easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Lovely heated pool and outdoor area. Room cleaning hot or miss. We opted to have room cleaning daily (not automatic) and it did not happen every day. Fixtures in room are extra tall (shower shelf, clothes rail in closet, mirror in bathroom). I am an average height woman and had a hard time with this. A full length mirror in room would be nice as well, especially with how high the mirror is in the bathroom. "

"All of the staff that I interacted with had the best customer service I have ever come across in Nelson - and that’s saying something because I lived there for 24 years. The *only* thing that may stop me staying there again in the future is actually a major positive for the park - the entire grounds are smoke free! As a smoker myself, this was a tiny bit of a pain but, it was so nice to see that this was a policy considering the amount of children that probably stay there 😁. Well done all....
