"An absolutely gorgeous waterfront property that will instantly calm and relax you. My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. "The Excellent staff, very attentive, efficient, and friendly. Also, excellent breakfast. The only negative thing was that the room did not have air conditioning, which did not allow for a pleasant sleep."

"Incredible hostess, took very good care of us. The bathroom was very clean and updated, best shower I had in Italy. Breakfast was great, they take your order the night before so as not to waste food. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Cinque Terre."

"What a special place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a private deck and bathroom. The private beach was a plus for sure. "

"Near to the train station, if anyone wants to spend a night or two at La Spezia on a budget this place is hard to beat. Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. "

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"Lovely staff. Spacious rooms. Lots of towels. Good breakfast. Coffee available all day. Beautiful patio out back. Only negative is trying to park. In three days we only found a spot out front one night. "

"With the beach opposite the hotel this was a fantastic overnight stop. It would have been worth pre-booking parking, though we were able to book the last space. There are traffic restrictions in place, but the hotel arrange the correct authorities are notified for you so that any penalties are avoided. A beautiful family room with direct access to the roof terrace."
