As there was a function in the hotel that night we were offered the opportunity to move with our friends to the Katrina Suite, a modern 2 bedroom flat, a couple of minutes away. This was perfect for us and we were able to walk to the hotel for a lovely breakfast the next morning Parking was available and easy. "

"Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected."

Whilst not 'manned' the telephone was answered quickly and instructions including a map and how to gain access/breakfast etc was sent over immediately.
