"The entry garbage was overflowing. Not a good first impression. Our first room had several issues (TV not working, sinks semi- stopped up, shower not working properly). Changed room and it was fine. Staff very apologetic, friendly and professional. Would stay again but will examine room before unpacking."

The supply of amenities (paper towel, dish washer tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper) were all much appreciated. There was an additional supply of blankets as well which was great given that it’s winter time in Michigan. The place heated up nicely.
