We ended up finding the email after all, but if they wouldn’t have ever responded, we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room. When we first got into our room it was extremely hot, but we were able to get it...

"We really like the apartment style rooms, so we could feel like home from home and eat/cook there if we wanted to. Very relaxed and friendly feel to the place and convenient to local shops, parks and walks. It's a 5-minute drive to Mt Maunganui with beautiful beaches and lots of restaurants too."
