"2 night stay - Shuttle service very good, it can be very crowded at peak times. Very busy hotel with many rooms and is practical for business use. The shuttle takes roughly 10/15mins from/ to the terminal. Boiler broke down first morning being there so no hot water. Television did not work, asked reception to look at it at 9am and when I got back to my room at 7pm, it had not been sorted out. Called again reception who promptly sent somebody up but could not resolve the issue. Was offered to...

"Very convenient, walking distance to grocery and train station."

"Really nice music themed venue. Rooms were as you'd expect from this kind of hotel, good size, clean, comfy bed. Only bad point was that there wasn't a mirror near a good amount of lighting. One on the door but not much light and the bathroom ones were ok but the lighting was too dim. Otherwise great location with short walk to the station & lots of food places & shops nearby & of course two big music venues & the football stadium next door. Staff were super helpful & very polite. "
