"Love the staff. They tried their best to speak English, and are extremely friendly. We got a few things from the souvenir shop, which was great to bring as gifts for friends and family. The room was spacious. I book a remodeled room but the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. The food was fine for what they had. The relaxation room was great with free ice cream, soda and tea. Overall I am satisfied with my stay."

The room was very large especially for Japan and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit of a walk to the station but doable. Try staying on the main road to the hotel. We took a back road after stopping at a convenient store and had to walk on a road with no sidewalk with our luggage. "

"This is a nice hotel, with very helpful staff. It is on the mountainside with great views, but you won't see the view from your room unless you choose a Japanese style room (the twin rooms are on the back of the hotel). They have an excellent onsen (Japanese public bath), but there is no shower in the room itself. Restaurant meals are buffet style (at least when we were there). "
