"Amazing location, hot tubs, pool, sauna, kids room all on site. Ski in and ski out with onsite daycare and ski school so great for families. Rooms well equipped with kitchen, bed was large and comfortable. Hotel is a bit older but honestly had everything you needed. "

"We enjoyed our stay but missed a few issues in our selection of it. There are no elevators, bellmen or other assistance to upper floors. The overall property was charming, and the on-call transportations was great since this property is not walkable to town. It took us a while to find a comfortable temperature in the guest room; opened the windows to obtain a 70* temp in our room because it was very hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. "Evergreen lodge was quaint and convenient. It’s walkable to both Vail village and Lionshead village. The shuttle stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel if you choose that mode of transportation instead. There’s a 24 hour gym and hot tub. Loved that there was a ski rental facility in the lobby. Added bonus was the complimentary mini breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening. It’s by no means a luxurious hotel but it has all the features that we were looking for (and more) without paying...
