"Photos looked nice, but the reality of the room did not match them. The room was clean, but overall the room felt outdated, in decor, paint, TV, and especially the bathroom. The faucet in the bathroom makes no sense whatsoever. It's obvious it was an upgrade, but the setback of the original faucet was not taken into consideration and the new faucet does not have the proper reach. It was impossible to use the sink without having your hands touch the edge of the sink basin, the water barely...

"Clean and friendly. Breakfast was not exemplary but accomplished the task at hand and was clean and what little there was was presented well. Super quiet and bed was really nice. An exhaust fan in bathroom would assist with the steam. But, not to complain, the water was hot and good pressure too. "

"The staff at the desk in the evening and morning were quite friendly. We came in late and tired and the woman behind the desk suggested before we check in to go have the food they were offering since it was going to end soon. It was macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, and pulled pork sliders. Delicious and unexpected. We appreciated the advice. Our room was neat, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely go back o our next trip south."

"Place is relatively clean and house keeping is great. There are some rooms that have an odor that cannot be figure out and some need maintenance on shower door handles are Missing and exhaust fans are broken. All the refrigerators in the rooms need to be changed they don’t keep the good cold "

"My friend and I stayed overnight in adjoining rooms at ALoft in Charlotte after attending a concert at the Knight Theater. We were both impressed that the theater was within easy walking distance of the hotel, and especially enjoyed viewing the art installments as we strolled to and from the theater. Accommodations at ALoft were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet and included everything you'd expect in a great hotel. I especially liked the design and layout of the room, including the...

"Very nice property great staff during the day. People walking through the halls and in the parking lots all throughout the night and early morning makes the stay somewhat unsafe. I would stay here again but I’ll only deal with people who are in charge some of the staff aren’t sure about room availability "
