"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. I recommend this place! "

Providing this basic amenity would greatly enhance guests' comfort, especially when dining options are limited due to restrictions on pets in certain areas. Overall the hotel staff were very friendly and understanding, the tram station is across the road, and in 20 minutes one arrives in the center of Strasbourg. "

"This hotel is right by the island where the Christmas markets are held so it is easy to walk to. It was approximately a 15 min tram ride from the train station and then about 5 mins to the hotel. We were three and ended up with almost a suite - two rooms behind one door and a private bathroom. Cosy but comfortable. Would recommend it."
