"Nice hotel in a handy location for rail and ferry travel. Really good selection of options for breakfast. Just find it a bit much to have to pay for a cup of coffee outside of meal times when many places in the world provide that for free. "

"A wonderful find! A quaint, small property that was perfect in every respect. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet, and a spotless room. Hals is also convenient for sightseeing anywhere in N. "The hotel is located 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal, which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Our stay was pleasant overall. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can get complimentary tea and a decent coffee at reception, but they close at 9pm. Breakfast was average, with one or two hot food options - hard boiled eggs and omelet. Given the same requirements i would stay there again."
