"It was very difficult locating the hotel. The link in the booking reservation took us to Hotei Inn Design. We had to do a Google search for the hotel and luckily that worked. We saw one very small sign for Kyriad in the same place as the Hotel Inn Design sign but nothing to show where to turn off and no other signs."

The standard of catering is very good serving a decent breakfast and quite a good choice in the restaurant. There was no chance of taking a boat trip on the river as everything seemed to have closed down, which was a shame as the boat was moored there and the timetable suggested it should have been going."
