"Lovely hotel. Bedroom was a good size and beds were very comfy. Bathroom was a little outdated. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was full and couldnt accommodate us for dinner. The rest of the town was quiet so was a struggle to find somewhere. Hotel overall was lovely and good experience."

"Stayed two nights with family for a ski break. Hotel easily accessible by bus or car and walking distance from the ski lifts. Spa facilities available in the hotel."

"Over priced. Unfriendly staff (male cocasian with glasses) tried to overcharge for our 4 yr daughter. Facility showed in the website (eg indoor pool) costs 15 euro per person. Dinner courses comes with desserts bought in a supermarket (eg ice cream). Room is tiny and lacks facility such as a chair or sofa. Not worth the price. "

"We arrived on Ascencion day from the little yellow train to no bus or taxi from Villefranc to the hotel - locals gathered together at the station to take us to the hotel in a private car - refused to accept any payment. Next day we needed to do washing, again let down by taxi's to get to laundry (at the local supermarket and a local again gave us a lift but let down again by taxi's to return (not far enough). The dryer did not work so back to hotel with damp washing. Immediately hotel stepped...

"The location is in a small village in the mountains and driving in and out is not easy. The property itself is a bit dated but is very charming. The staff and service were excellent. Note that the price does not include breakfast. We stayed on the third floor and internet was unavailable le in the room - we had to go down to the lobby for internet connection. "El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto.
