"Staff was good. Hotel is nice but AC isn’t good. They need to make it work better and stronger. Other than that it’s good. Hard to sleep good with bad AC in the summer. "

"The hotel was a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was the parking available is a little misleading. The parking is in a parking garage where everyone in the city parks (and can be completely full) that is 5 minutes walk away and costs €24 per night. "

"The breakfast was really good with a beautiful view of the lake and sunrise. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Parking was gated and secured during the night."

"Although the rooms are fairly small, they are comfortable. The noise from the street is very loud and persistent all night long so wear ear plugs if you get a room streetside. The breakfast was lovely with excellent cappuccino & espresso and a nice selection of meats and pastries. It is very close to the San Giovanni train station which is a plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful."
