"Great location, walking distance to a wonderful beach & easily walk into Ayia Napa via the beach or streets off the shops ‘ restaurants. Fantastic sea views from our massive balcony; plus overlooking the swimming pool. Room was spacious, as was the bathroom. Room has a kettle but you have to buy your own coffee & water etc. or fill up in the hotel restaurant. I would say the waterpark here at the hotel is ideally suited for ages up to 11-12years. "They say you get what you pay for. This was true. Whilst we had a lovely time I would certainly find it hard to recommend anyone going here. The rooms were not clean on arrival nor were they cleaned properly during our stay. When it came to the all inclusive element well don't ask for rose as they will try and papk you off with red and white mixed. Whilst we got our rose in the end this involved complaining constantly."

"I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again."

"Great location right middle of ayia napa.at the same time it's very quite and has relaxing atmosphere. It's ideal for solo travelers and couples . Rooms are big and clean.. nice view from.balcony. I had garden view third floor .nice view also it's sea view. Hotel has simple but nice breakfast. Pool area is almost empty .I hardly saw anyone by the pool..hotel was almost full but you hardly see anyone except at breakfast Rooms don't have a kettle so if you need a tea or hot water you will need...
