"Overall a nice Onsen hotel located on the top of the hill. Will be tough if u dun drive. We arrived after last light and it is very dark as there’s no lights going up. But it is still ok. The staff at reception was very helpful to assist in calling a nearby restaurant to check if there’re open for dinner. "

"未住過這些老屋真的可以一試，是很好的體驗，職員有禮服務很好，房間很整潔及隔音很好，房內有指南教你如何穿浴衣及有關禮儀，浸浴後有飲品或雪糕提供，晚餐美味，附近街道很寧靜舒服。唯一失望是室外池太小了，多二個人便感到不自在，另外，房間被褥內的絲棉已流失很多，中間地方只剩下被套一層，再冷的天氣就不夠暖了，酒店方面要注意呢。"

Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."

"For tourists, the problem with staying at a fully automated love hotel is there's no room key. Every time I left the building I was locked out. Every time I had to telephone the staff to let me back in. And no explanations about parking, keys, the included breakfast etc. That said, the room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and perfectly quiet."

"Standard onsen hotel with no surprise. The indoor onsen is a bit disappointing. The rooftop outdoor onsen is more attractive but is available at limited time of the day. As such, I prefer to visit the public spa which is free and 2 min walk from the hotel. Meals are standard and the biggest compliments should go to the friendly staff. Room is spacious and tidy."
