"Location in front of train station. Staff was friendly & helpfull. The elevator was under construction. Rooms rug looked dirty. They gave us a room that was behind a city construction and they started to work at 7:40 am. They didn't advise when checked in. "

"Nice, clean hotel right on the river. We arrived late and left early so didn’t experience much of the town, but we walked to a restaurant and it did seem like it would be a very nice place to stay. Mixed reviews on the pillows from my group. If you like soft, down pillows, you’ll have the best sleep of your life. If you need some substance to support your neck, you’re going to have a problem here. "

"This is a fabulous property and well-deserving of its 4 stars. Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). "Very spacious rooms and very clean. For a family of four it was great! It is a hotel for patients staying in the nearby hospitals, however it worked very well for us. Train and metro transportation very close by and convenient. "
