"Online check-in made things much easier on arrival. The room was very tidy and clean. The only "complaint" is that the mattress was very hard, but I guess that's normal these days. We used the hotel as a base but the free coffee each morning was a massive bonus."

We were however, disappointed with the housekeeping, which we only asked for once in four nights, but the room wasn't cleared of rubbish, a dirty sheet or dirty crockery. It was extremely noisy one night until 0200 from a nearby club. We also felt there could be some drawers in the room for storage of clothes, OK for one/two nights but not more as ended up living out of our case."
