"A whole house, comfortably accomodating our family reunion of 7 adults - well maintained in a brilliant location very close to the Botanic Gardens and Ulster Museum. Highly recommended "

"Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. "The property was amazing and communication with Abigail was excellent, it was in an excellent location for our family holiday with a short drive into Belfast and close to motorway links for further trips to Giants Causeway and Derry. Our kids loved the property which was very clean and spacious, more than enough room for ue. I would definitely recommend this property for your trip to Northern Ireland / Belfast"

"A warm cosy home with good utilities. Three double bedrooms, comfy clean beds. X3 bathrooms complete with complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the shower cubicles need some attention and a thorough clean. The blinds on the bedrooms were not sufficient to cover the windows with some slats missing, we were ok as dark winter months but could cause problems in the summer. "My wife and I loved this place called the "west wing" (it was literally the wing of the main house occupied by our hosts.) It was charming, spacious, clean, and equipped with all one could want for a self-catering accommodation. The grounds were amazing, full of flowers, vegetable patches green house, and the list goes on. Our hosts were so nice as they helped us figure out how to run the washer/dryer (that they had never used themselves). Top notch in every way. "

"The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

"Comfortable, cozy coach house, close to all the major sites in Northern Ireland. Quiet country setting was perfect for our group of 6. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. The cottage was beautiful with parts dating from 16th century. It had everything we needed, including home baked bread. "Reached out days before arrival to get check in information and Had lockbox for key. Bread, pancakes, mini muffins with butter provided. Used notebook left for instructions on check out. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."

"The property was fine, we didn’t realise until we got there that the property is actually in a loft above garages, the photo is a bit misleading. Upstairs Is accessed by quite steep stairs however, it is warm and cosy with plenty of space. The kitchen is on the ground floor and was adequate to our needs. The only suggestion is a small table upstairs in the lounge and a gate at the top of the stairs for young children and dogs. "
