"We had a good experience except for the towel rack. If was in an awkward spot, above the toilet as to reach as I am short but my husband who is tall didn't have that issues but he accidentally had a facecloth drop into the toilet so we left the hand towel we were using on the counter of the sink for easier access. Also, there was no water bottles for coffee. There was a coffee maker with no water bottles..."

"We only had a couple small complaints and one large. 1. The body wash in the shower was empty 2. Someone had left what looked like a toilet paper wad stuck to the shower ceiling. 3. I had booked the two rooms though Hotels.com and when one room was extended for a late checkout they were charged $198. Way too big of a difference from the $137 we were initially charged. I will definitely be making friends aware of this. "
