We were greeted at the desk by a very polite young lady. She confirmed that I wanted a smoking room (I mistakenly booked one online not realizing that was even possible) I expressed I did not actually want a smoking room. She upgraded us for free and we were very happy to have a clean and not smoke smelling room! Breakfast was great. Easy check out. We will be back.
