"The room is big, 3 people have enough space, clean and the sheets smells good are clean and white. The bathroom is very functional, and it has hairdryer, soap and shampoo. "Stayed here in a pinch on way between Bratislava to Vienna. Much less expensive than staying in either of those two cities, and rooms were new, fresh, and clean. Check-in and check-out is a little wonky due to no personnel / all accomplished at kiosk. Otherwise spectacular. "

"Upon arrival, I discovered that parking is only available 250 meters from the hotel and I had to drag my luggage uphill. At the reception, I was told that as a Gold member, I am not entitled to late check-out and would have to pay 6000 HUF for it. The room was old and smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel."

"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "
