We enjoyed the lovely walk, great hot breakfast (Thanks to the chef) with excellent coffee too. "We had a wonderful stay at the Old Priory. The room is so spacious and luxurious. Robin is such a kind, knowledgeable host. He so looked after us. I loved a delicious cooked breakfast each morning. The Old Priory is two minutes walk from Kelso's Main Square. The house has a beautiful back garden "

"The bed was comfortable and clean. Nice decor. Chairs were not comfortable, too low. Nobody on the premises during the night. No emergency phone numbers supplied. Very little in the way of literature about the area. Security of residents’ rooms was questionable. Members of the public had access to the stairs near the front door to the bar."

"A decent hotel for a one night stay, clean and comfortable. Room was average sized but did find the bathroom extremely tiny! Breakfast was excellent and was also offered to be served in your room, which was a great way for having a sneaky lie in! "

"Dinner and cooked breakfast was very good. Room basic but clean but no heating on when we got in so very cold until we put radiators on also cold eating downstairs on the evening had to put another jumper on to be comfortable "

"Lovely room clean and tidy. Put the heating on when i arrived as room was cold but soon warmed up.comfy bed only thing to suggest is changing the stair carpet as was not in the best condition."
