"A very well placed hotel with great amenities. The pizza machine was fascinating. Sadly, one of the bar staff (male) was quite condescending to one of the newer female bar staff. She was doing a good job given she was only 3 days in, he wasn’t very polite to her, it was a shame to see. "

"Booked all inclusive with breakfast and parking at a very reasonable price for 5 nights. Staff were fantastic and very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and spacious with all necessities. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the station which only takes 5 mins to Amsterdam Centraal. Very happy with our stay and it felt safe and convenient coming back after each night out. "From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome nothing to much trouble excellent front of house staff. We stayed in Room 212 which is a large family sized room with 4 single beds large bathroom and window. Couple of small cleaning issues but nothing major, hotel kept clean, about 25 minutes to dam sq, 10 minutes to closest coffee shop, trams etc 3 minutes walk. Supermarket 160yrd away and a couple of cafes and shops. Would definitely return. "
