"Incredibly welcoming staff, took great care of us. Room was large and comfy, very clean. Excellent breakfast and lovely pool. Super walkable to all the sights and restaurants. Very safe. Could hear some music in the evenings, so maybe bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. We would definitely stay again! "

"We stayed in a suite. It was really spacious, and pretty comfortable. The pool is nice. It's a bit shallow, but that didn't bother me. I didn't have time to use any of the spa services unfortunately. Parque Central is right outside. It was really loud at night, and also early in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault"

"Wonderful place to stay. Food is excellent. Great view. Only problem for me was there were a lot of roaches in the room but other then that great place. Staff takes there sweet time getting to you during dining. "

"Wonderfully restored colonial building, exactly what we were hoping for. Custom breakfast. A little bit of a walk to the center, but absolutely safe and in itself interesting. Definitely recommend Granada and this hotel!"
