"It is not the same property as in the picture. We were stuck on the second floor which was very dissapointing. No king size bed as ordered. Neibors have many dogs barking all night and roosters crowing from 5 am."

"NO attached toilet in rooms!!!!! Common toilets facilities! Very inconvenience! The hotel is make of wooden structures. Partitions between rooms are not sound proof. Conversation can be heard across rooms. Walking to use the common toilets will create “cracking sound” of wood! Wake up everybody. Stay 1 night (booked 2 nights) and left "

"I very much enjoyed my stay. The property is lovely with gardens, flowers, trees, and several inviting outdoor common spaces. My room was comfortable and very clean. The owner is delightful. She shared Thai coffee and oolong tea with me in the morning helping to make my stay memorable. "

"We were the only occupants for a Fri night. Maybe cos it’s about 10min walk away from the walking street. Place is around the residential area... quite quiet... you can hear the cricket or cicada croaking when walking along the street at night. Chiang Khan is only vibrant along the walking street. The rest of the areas close by 8-9pm... so if you are not driving, and maybe just 1-2pax, you might be better off staying along the activity street. The place is about 15min away from Phu Tok mountain...
