"We chose this hotel to be closer to the airport before our flight home, and to relax by the pool. We booked 3 rooms. Sadly: the rooms were noisy (not soundproofed), you could hear every word/step in the corridors and in the rooms above us, at night. The bathrooms had bits of hair, loose grouting, dirty light switches and even an old toilet seat screw on the floor! The drinks service was very slow. The check-out is at 12pm but our key cards were disabled at 11:30 so we couldn't shower/pack or...
