"At a fault of my own me and a friend booked this hotel not realising it was in the middle of the red light district, this at times did feel un easy walking the streets in the evening. That being said it was a nice stay and easily walkable to places. Although it’s self check in, staff were reachable via the phone which was helpful. "

"Good value overnight stop on the way home from Italy. Family room was an unusual layout with twin beds in the room and a double on a mezzanine above the bathroom, reached by a ladder! Small bathroom, a bit tight for 3 adults sharing this room. Staff very helpful, all spoke English too."

"The hotel is in walking distance to the train station which is very convenient if you arrive and/or leave by train. The hotel is close to the center of the city so you can explore right from your hotel. The receptionist and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming."

"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "Great owner and staff. Friendly, helpful and pleasant in every way. Nice night life bar area and a great German style breakfast. Arrived too late for an evening meal but based on how busy the eating areas were I would expect the food to be excellent too. A must stay if anywhere in the area. We drove from Colmar and was well worth the drive."
