"Lovely friendly check in upon arrival. Room was very clean and tidy albeit basic but this is a motel so expectations were low - pleasantly surprised! Perfect for what we needed for a few hours sleep before catching an early flight."

"We booked to stay here for 3 nights within 30mins of checking in! Hotel was clean, good price and service from reception staff was excellent. We had a problem with the safe not working in our room upon check in. The reception staff tried to fix but couldn’t so changed our room without issue. Rooms were of a decent size and clean and tidy and of good decor. Only criticism would be that there wasn’t enough room to hang clothes (no wardrobes and only 3 hangers on a hook!) The room was renovated, nice and clean with good housekeeping condition. Our room was located on the busy Thomas Street side, but we didn't hear any noise from the street.
