In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. "Excellent hotel and restaurant staff. All were very courteous, and receptive to our needs. Food was excellent and delicious. We really admired the historical and authentic indigenous artifacts and decor found in the lobby, cafeteria and on the grounds. The Wi-Fi was good but weak in some areas. The rooms were clean but dated. However the hotel is undergoing a major renovation beginning with the first floor. "
