"This property is not fancy! It is really old! But it was clean, had a decent common area, pool and hot tub area. Location is great and the shuttle was super helpful. Steamboat is expensive and this place is affordable, so Keep that in mind when booking, you are getting very basic accommodations with thin walls and a major need of renovation. "The property had everything we needed great transportation to the mountain for skiing, close to services and restaurants. Helpful staff, and a nice Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day."

"For the amount being charged each night, the fact that any housekeeping services were extra was not appreciated. Condition of the unit/building could see some improvement: some of steps in the outside stairwell were loose; bank of lights above the kitchen counter were not functional."
