"Rose was great she went out of her way to help us get settled in she even came out in the pouring rain to tell us our car lights were on Did not like the low bath sink and low mirror and could not get a to go coffee they did not have take away cups only their china cups "

"If you are looking for a jungle experience, you’ve found the right hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is exceptional! They know you by name and go out of their way to cater to you. There are several onsite activities included such as river tubing, hiking, and feeding the farm animals on site. This lodge was better than we expected. We highly recommend. There is no AC but there is a ceiling fan and it cools down the room. "

The grounds are a little overgrown… and this place looks like Covid hit it pretty hard, but it has SO much potential and we had such a great time that I hope more people stay there! "My husband and I visited as the first part of our Anniversary trip. We were greeted by Eric at the airport immediately after our arrival and had a great ride to the resort. Eric was also our guide for tour of Caracol Ruins, Cave & Pools, he also took us on the most spectacular cave tubing experience and set up with zip lining. We admired so much his knowledge of the land and the animals! The resort itself is breathtaking and so relaxing. The whole Tut family are so kind and accommodating. Food...
