"This was our first time staying in Barbados and at the hotel. We had a 1-bedroom Queen suite with ocean view. Very spacious, well equipped and fabulous view overlooking the pool and ocean. Plenty of sun beds available every day; parking for our vehicle; and some great restaurants all within a short walking distance. Staff were great and we would definitely return to The South Gap. "

However, heavy traffic persists throughout the day and late into the night, particularly on weekends. Access to Maxwell Beach is about 500 mts (546.8 yards). "We had a wonderful time at the Yellow Bird. We stayed in the suite and had a very spacious mini apartment with a spectacular view. The staff were amazing- friendly and always helpful. The location is very convenient to St Lawrence gap and walkable to many great bars and restaurants. "
