"I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "We were so pleased with this hotel. It is located in a quaint Italian town and very personal. They take care to ensure that anything you need they will provide. Food is delicious. Included breakfast is so good! Wonderful accommodation."

"Very basic hotel but ideal location for the centre of Mantova. Rooms are quite small but acceptable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a slight problem with the internet when I arrived but they put me in a different room and then everything worked fine. Overall happy with my stay."

Tantissima polvere e ho trovato anche una ragnatela… nel bagno c’era la doccia ma senza tubo flessibile, il gabinetto era altissimo… diciamo che era una camera adatta ad un uomo per quanto riguarda il bagno… la mattina faceva freddissimo! Ma almeno in camera era presente un condizionatore ad aria calda e questo problema è stato risolto. L’acqua sa di ruggine."

"The welcome and check in were very good. The room was spacious, tidy and well furnished. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Overall very comfortable and well worth the money. Breakfast was also plentiful with good choice(Italian style).A very quiet location, but close to main thoroughfares."
