"Our 1st night, 6/2-6/3. the staff was not expecting us. someone was in half of our villa, one couple had to sleep on the couch. Alberto did his best to make us comfortable. The 6/10-6/11, again the villa was not ready for us. Conrad did his best. The property was clean beautiful, we enjoyed very much!"

"This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately our trip started on "the wrong foot". There was a water outage which was quickly dealt with (pipe burst). But we were told the water was back on in our unit but when we arrived after running around the island for the day, it was still off. It did get resolved. I would say that for the price I paid, I was expecting good water pressure with hot water. I would call the water at best warm but did not get hot. Water pressure was less than...

"A home away from home. Inge and Rose have made their vision a mission to cater to guests. A true relaxing Shangri la. Exceptionally clean and superbly appointed. The use linens that have been in Inge's family for 3 generations. A 5min walk to the best public beach I've ever seen (even after many beaches in the Greek islands). Breakfast is amazing. An outstanding cook (Alex) is always on spot. Inge makes it a priority to ensure guests are taken care of, even ordering dinner for us when needed....

We had to cancel our plans to avoid getting trapped in a category 5 hurricane on an island that was in its direct path. "The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."
