"Everything was perfect and I have to stress the upgrade I received, by courtesy in the reception, for a room in the main building with very good conditions without any change. The only thing I considered less was the breakfast that had a few variety of food."

"An unbeatable view over the city from our large room. Walkable to the city if reasonably fit. Very convenient parking. Rated 4 stars as the food choice in the cafeteria is rather limited, and the meals only average. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent. "

"The hotel was just off of the Plaza Mayor, making it a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The desk staff was kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. It is in a busy area though so it’s pretty noisy all the time and the walls are very thin so you can hear conversations guests are having in the room next to you."

"Good location. Room 501 should be avoided as right next to the lift shaft, very very noisy!!!! The shower head was too high for me to reach (5ft 2). The bracket was broken and it hung with water hitting the wall. Not great. No view. Garage was accessed by driving your car into a lift, we had maybe 5cm each side to spare. If you have an extra wise car you will never get in! No bar or restaurant in the evening. "

"Fantastic staff incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the center and all tourist attractions surrounding Salamanca. I was very impressed with my stay and more importantly will be back. "

"Perfect location, though the parking was a bit of a hike. The evening manager, Giancarlo, was a delight. He gave me all sorts of great information and assistance. My biggest complaint about the room was noise late at night - evidently something in the bathroom was connected to outside, and lots of street noise came in until I closed the bathroom door and it shut out. Also, having an actual chair and desk would have been nice, but the single room didn't have one."

"The lady owner was always there and it was amazing helper. "

"This outfit has several hostals in Salamanca centre. They sent me to a different one from what I had booked. Also thevreception was in a different one again, lots of walking to and fro. And reception open only 5-9 pm . And if you don't have them on WhatsApp you cannot get your entry codes ..."
