"Lady at reception when I arrived was helpful and polite and professional. Girl at reception when I checked out had poor English and was not very friendly. The Granier cafe adjoining the hotel has very long queues in the morning (20 people on the day of checking out) and service is extremely slow since there is only one girl serving. Cleaning staff were rather noisy from about 8am, which means it is difficult to get any sleep after that. "

The economy room VERY small-the most expensive place we have stayed at on our trip in southern Spain and tiniest but Cordoba is packed with tourist so we payed for it. "The staff or helpful and always available. The Casa building is a few blocks away from the Hotel reception. There, the rooms are arranged around a lovely courtyard in a building.
