"The facility service was impeccable. They seamlessly arranged transportation to a hidden gem restaurant in San Giovanni, Osteria del Mirasole, and facilitated my transfer to the airport. However, the cleanliness of the washroom could use some improvement. Overall, my stay was peaceful and comfortable."

"This was a surprise stay! Certainly a little older lodging, but very charming and located superbly— 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to the historic downtown of Bologna. I was greeted by the friendliest hotel staffer I’ve ever met. Franco was a delight! He was helpful, hospitable, lovely disposition, and very generous with his time and attention. The hotel has all the reasons one would want to return, but Franco certainly seals the deal! "

"Room was quite small & narrow but immaculately clean. Partial view of the towers from my 4th floor window. Guys on the desk very helpful. Walking distance (15 minutes) from train station and less than 10 minutes to most things you want to see. Cappuccino & big croissant was a nice touch for breakfast. And they let me have it early before my train. Perfect for my 2 night stay. "
