"The claim to fame of this hotel is based on the fact that 15-year old Mozart stayed there for 2 weeks with his father in 1771. "The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. "Was a lovely hotel , very clean and modern, and the staff were super helpful, friendly and welcoming. But it just doesn’t seem to fit with the area it’s in ( it’s too nice ! ) it just seems a little out of place in a predominately industrial area. It’s rated a two star but it could really be a three star! The restaurant let it down a bit , again, the staff were amazing, and the food on the set menu was really good, but it just had the feel of a cafeteria about it . The room was excellent clean...

"Our arrival time was after the reception closed - I had messaged them in advance and have to say the instructions that they left me were spot on - so very helpful and correct. Tbh we were only in the hotel for less than 10 hours but all was good for us on our road trip ! "

"The water from the tap tasted terrible and it was a yellow/brown colour. The kettle had mould in it before I saw the mould I boiled the kettle and suddenly smelt extremely bad and made the whole room smell disgusting."
