Unfortunately, the hotel was booked and the staff was unable to accommodate us. We asked if it was possible to get a refund. "Great hotel in town. No one at the front desk when we arrived. There was a sign to call to check in at the front desk. Called and it took about 10 min for staff to arrive and check us in. The fireplace in the lobby did not work. Other than those two minor things, the hotel was great for a stay while visiting valley burgers"
