"Nice clean family room, exactly as the pictures showed, perfectly functional room. Nice breakfast, served until 10 , which is nice if you’re a bit lazy in the morning! Great location, bang in the middle of town , 10 mins walk to the castle, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. The bar prices were quite steep (£7.35 a pint!!) but the cocktails were reasonably priced. The staff were so helpful and friendly, we had an upgrade on our room because hotels.com had overbooked and the staff were very good about it. "Lovely hotel, Nice room, Nice and helpful staff, however it was incredibly HOT. we turned heating off but room still read at 27 degrees and in corridor even worse. "What can i say about this hotel but that it was excellent. Huge room, spotless, comfy, huge bed, clean everywhere, quiet, free parking outside, 5 minute stroll to the venue, warm and cozy and we where greeted by a lovely man who was so helpful. They did offer breakfast but we skipped it but good to know its on offer! definately recommend 100%. Excellent value"
