"Our stay at The Barns was excellent, we were greeted by Lisa at reception. The room was very clean and comfortable and Jemma in the dining room was so kind and sweet. This is our main stay when we visit the UK as we hail from USA this is a a must. Recommend to potential guests ! "

"We stayed over attending a wedding . The room was comfortable snd clean . The staff twere pleasant thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble . The food was excellent , although it was a wedding breakfast. The only grouse was the tea bags . We are Pg tips and it was Tetleys , so bring your own if you like a good brew .."

"The building itself seems old and is full of characters. Room doors are still open using old fashioned key, tiny tv screen like the old days. As I was only staying for 2 nights, there isn't a need for my room to be freshen up, though there isn't anywhere outside the door where you can hang the 'do not disturb' sign. The shower was a bit too tiny with the switch that switch outwards, you can easily switch off the shower by turning or turn up/down the heat."
