"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....

Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "I would avoid this one like the plague. It’s more akin to a hostel connected to the hotel 2 doors down. Rude and impatient staff, atrocious check-in, but worst of all: no internet at peak times (mornings and evenings). Really, in 2024? "

"Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters.
