"We stayed in one of the bigger rooms with the outdoor bath. Only fits one at a time for adults but the deck and upper deck are beautiful. Room is overall clean, big and kitchen was great considering the island food opens late and closes early. A car is needed to access and anyone visiting Yakushima needs a rental car. I don't think it is possible to enjoy it as much without one after being there. The staff and owners are wonderful people and really treat their guests like gold. The tankan juice...

"前回利用してリピート利用です。他にも少し安いゲストハウスはありますが、ここを利用してしまうと部屋の広さと使いやすさがピカイチで、他の選択肢を選べなくなってしまいます。プラスポイントは部屋の広さ、掃除が徹底されている点、キッチンや冷蔵庫、お皿など自炊グッズの充実、タオル類のクオリティ等々。マイナスポイントとしては、空港や港からの距離が少し遠いことくらいです。レンタカーがあれば大きな問題にはなりませんが。ちなみに宿から車で5分で海中温泉やJRホテルの温泉がありますので、温泉に入る場合もとても便利です。あと、JRホテルへ入る道にAコープというスーパーがあるので買物もとても便利です。"
