"The ceiling on master bed was leaking sewage water on the 2nd day. The staff couldn’t do anything but giving us another spare room. However that room was having obnoxious smell. The staff confirmed the smell was from the sewage drain. Overall it’s a bad experience, but staff was friendly even though not helpful "

"The city is doing some big construction in front of the beach. Areas around the block require caution when walking as the streets are narrows with lots of cars. Look forward to the completion of the beach construction project."

No coffee or tea provided or shampoo or shower gel. It was supposed to be near airport. It was not. It was supposed to have free airport shuttle. It did not. The immediate area was full of graffiti. The backyard was unkempt. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "

"Had the best time in this villa, had everything you needed in the room, grocery store was only 100m away, public transport was accessible, hosts was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had a good experience. Highly recommended."

"Lovely location with a great view of the sea. The lady who showed us to our room was fantastic and very helpfull. Bus stop right outside the property for split or in the other direction Omis. Far better than staying at a hotel in the area, restaurants shops and bars all within a few minutes walk. I highly recommend this property for your stay. Stayed for 3 nights and can not fault the place at all."

"This Pansion (not a hotel) is conveniently situated a bus ride outside of Split and makes it very good value and an affordable option for exploring the area. The rooms are modern and clean (we did stay in the main building above the restaurant) and if you have a room at the front (we stayed in room 8) a nice sea view. It really is right on the waterfront with a small shingle beach directly in front of the restaurant with good sun beds available for guests. There's also free parking. The...

"Amazing view! Excellent location! Has a dedicated parking, just a hop and skip (a few steps) and a short walk to downtown, close access to beaches, shops ect. Host was very informative and over all everything was excellent! "

"The Villa is super well located one street north of the main pathway (to beaches and commerce), but the short distance makes it very quiet. Our room had a great view of the sea. Dorian (the young man who checked us in) was very nice and informative. The pool is great, clean and lots of lounge chairs available. The pool is also big enough that more than one family can swim at a time without feeling too crowded. Breakfast was great and lots of choice. All staff are very friendly. "
