"We were able to book the property even after their front desk had closed. We received no information about self check in nor were we notified that no one would be able to be reached until the following day. After a long day of traveling, we arrived at the location only to find no one there, all lights off, no knowledge of where to leave the car, and no answer on the number we tried to call several times.
