"We were very impressed with the hotel when we arrived. It is very clean, spaces are nicely appointed, the rooms were well set up. The larger refrigerator & kitchenette set up was a great amenity that you don't see frequently and well received even when no cooking is planned. There was a flood in the hallway on our first day which did not impact our room at all; they addressed it immediately. "Overall the stay was pretty good. I thought the firmness of the bed was a bit too hard and the pillows were a bit too unsupportive. Understandably, the cost of the stay was increased due to the urban location, but there was little to no offset of amenities such as the breakfast for patrons. "1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)"

"Woman who checked us in was very nice and personable. Room was clean. Just seemed a bit dated, smelt a bit musty when we first checked in but after turning on the fan it was better. Cracks in the sink and tub, i had to screw on the shower head because it wasnt on tight and was spraying water all over the bathroom, shower curtain didnt fit well, made it hard to keep water in the tub and not on the floor.
