"This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It has a nice pool with bar alongside. The breakfast had a vast array of choice to suit most peoples tastes. Nice size balcony to relax on. We stayed towards the end of the season so was quieter than I believe it might have been at other times. This suited so I would recommend for a relaxing stay"

"We had the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern, clean, private and had a beautiful view. It was up three storeys (no elevator) but we didnā€™t mind, however worth noting if thatā€™s a concern for you. The pool area is relaxing and clean. The hotel is back from the main road in Argassi so while itā€™s close to everything you need, itā€™s also private and quiet."

Maria at the front desk tries to help as best as she can and is always smiling which is very appreciativeā€¦. But she canā€™t save this place. "It was my first time in Zakynthos and I was here with my family, and Vice Hotel made my stay very welcoming and warm. They were very helpful with pick up and drop off from and to the airport, the cleaners were very friendly and provided us with any additional essentials we may need for the day. The rooms are very spacious and clean, within walking distance to Laganas Beach and other tourist shops. A lovely breakfast every morning next to the pool&bar. A special thanks to all the staff! "

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. "A wonderfully relaxing spot to spend a holiday! We stayed at the end of the season, and it was relaxed and quiet, exactly what we wanted. The beach is mere steps away and it wasn't crowded, there's a pool and sunny terrace for lounging, and a shaded bar/restaurant to chill in.
