"Where do I start. Rooms are filthy. Paint on the walls are dirty. Room furniture and drawers show signs of rat and roach infestation. Poor security, broken lock on door to balcony. Water backs up in the shower stall. The bed linens looked like they were borrowed out of the Crimean war. I was served rotten fish in the onsite restaurant and was still charged for it. While the hotel is located on the main road it was not easy to be located due to poor signage. The stairs and hallway is poorly...

"Kudehya is why people wish to visit TBeach. Daily water & coffee could be supplemented with light breakfast of fruit, cereal & toast. I should have requested tea bags instead of coffee.We could walk to next door property for meals but lingering on Kudehya 's property in the mornings would have been lovely... the we maintained garden the spashing of waves & inviting breeze..just delightful! Outdoor shower very nice too but water is available too!"

Guests should know that the amenities are under repair and upgrade. Having said that, having your own private beach where you can go skinny dipping if you want, is amazing. "Location was OK, but not as pictured. Hotels.com scammed us. When we arrived the owner had not been told to expect us. He did not have availability for the length of stay we paid Hotels.com for, nor had he received notice of funds paid online. We had to pay cash for one night and then leave in the morning to find other accommodations because he was sold out for the remaining nights. Hotels.com has to refund the money I sent to them."
